About the warranty Policy:

  1. MiaseStore guarantee policy promises original and guanine products with the original packaging of our products. You stay covered in case of defects in material, design and quality after the purchase of the product. 
  2. Authorized service centres will carry out warranty repairs. As we are official distributors of the brand you are purchasing, you can claim repairs directly from the respective service station.
  3. The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
  4. The warranty covers not all products, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  5. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are under your device manufacturer.
  6. Suppose your item can't be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty. In that case, we will issue a replacement (from the same seller) or, if a replacement isn't available, you will be refunded in full.
  7. To avail a replacement or return of the product, do not destroy the original packaging or user manual. If the product if not possible to repack, it would be able to replace with a new package.


SERVICE POLICY:

  1. The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
  • Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
  • Liquid spill on the product.
  • A product is having un-authorized repairs.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All the items cover a charge of 10AED for delivery inside United Arab Emirates
